On Thursday coaches, participants, and other interested are invited to follow some exciting lectures on a conference about elite training. The conference is a part of RIG 2012 and will take place at Reykjavik University on Thursday January 19th.

The conference starts at 18:00 and ends at 21:00. Three very interesting international speakers will speak about elite training. All lectures will deliver their lectures in English language. The speakers are Agne Bergvall athletic head coach for pentathlon star Carolina Kluft, Didier Seyfried a former national coach in swimming and modern pentathlon with world class results and Hans Söndergaard an exercise physiologist that has done serveral studies on Kenyan elite runners since 1997.

The conference fee is 1.500 ISK and a light dinner to be served at 19:00 is included. Registration should be made through the e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
