The Icelandic Gymnastics Federation and The Reykjavik Gymnastics Association have the pleasure to invite your
club to participate in our Reykjavik International Games which will be held in Reykjavík, Iceland 4th and 5th of February  2017.

Competition format
According to the FIG rules in Artistic Gymnastics and the Technical Regulations, edition 2017. FIG Code de Point (2017 edition),
Junior and Senior MAG and WAG individual all-around and apparatus final.
Apparatus final is subject to modification regarding qualification. Further information regarding the competition format
will be available here on the official website soon.
Each club may nominate unlimited number of gymnasts. 
Age Limit
According to MAG and WAG FIG Senior and Junior Rules.
Each club may nominate judges. A club with no judges will not have to pay a fine.
Financial conditions
Travel expenses of the delegation members are to be borne by the each federation.

Accommodation and meals
The costs for accommodation and full board are to be borne by each club attending.

Entry deadlines
Declaration of interest – No later than November 22nd 2016
Definitive entry - No later than December 20th 2016
Nominative entry – No later than January 10th 2017


Each member of the delegation needs to have a valid health-, accident and repatriation insurance. 
The Organizing Committee, Ármann Gymnastics Club and the Icelandic Gymnastic Federation cannot
be held responsible for any liabilities in the case of accidents or illness. Therefore all competitors and
officials must make their own arrangements for an appropriate insurance.
